About The Position
We are seeking a professional Field Sales Representative for Biltright Turf to handle big-ticket, done-for-you turf installations, including backyards, commercial jobs, putting greens, and pet runs. Leads are provided, and the role involves meeting clients, measuring, designing on the spot, and closing deals. This is a commission-only role, with current closers earning six figures plus. Biltright Turf emphasizes quality work, integrity, and customer service in an industry often known for the opposite.
Requirements
- Sales experience, specifically in-person, face-to-face sales.
- Experience selling big-ticket items ($5,000 and up).
- Must be a good person who cares about clients first, commissions second.
- Comfortable using a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Insured vehicle that is reliable.
- Ability to operate a tablet.
- Organized to manage estimates.
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling turf, landscape, hardscape, pools, or similar products/services.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients at their homes or businesses.
- Measure the installation area.
- Take photos of the site.
- Design the turf installation while the client watches.
- Close the deal.
