Requirements

  • 2+ years of field or outside sales experience (home services or related industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and mobile sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, referrals, and local community engagement
  • Conduct property assessments and recommend customized service solutions
  • Present proposals, explain service programs, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Collaborate with branch management to align sales efforts with operational capacity
  • Track leads, appointments, and conversions using CRM tools (HubSpot or Real Green)
  • Follow up promptly on quotes and customer inquiries to maximize close rates
  • Perform outreach via phone and in-person visits to retain customers and strengthen relationships
  • Represent the company professionally at community events and homeowner associations
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication
