About The Position

Cornbread Hemp is launching a new THC beverage and is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive its success in their assigned sales area. This role involves building relationships with distributors and retailers, securing new accounts, executing marketing strategies, and reporting on market trends. The position is crucial for the growth of Cornbread Hemp and the success of the new product launch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Occasional heavy lifting will be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams.
  • Act as a connector, working with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
  • Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, focusing on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
  • Expand Cornbread Hemp’s footprint by introducing the new THC beverage into the sales area.
  • Drive revenue by achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Plan and execute high-impact demos to create brand awareness.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure product visibility.
  • Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in the sales area.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.
