About The Position

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of this exciting new product launch, responsible for making sure it thrives in your sales area market. This role is more than just sales; it's about building relationships, creating new connections, and ensuring the success of a product that will elevate Cornbread Hemp to new heights. Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with your sales area ’s beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
  • Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup.
  • Must reside within the Chicago Metro Area

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Work with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
  • Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
  • Lead the charge in expanding Cornbread Hemp’s footprint by bringing our new THC beverage to life in your sales area market.
  • Drive revenue by achieving ambitious sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for our new product.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure our THC beverage is front and center at all accounts.
  • Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in your sales area.
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and keep Cornbread Hemp ahead of the curve.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.
