About The Position

Urgently hiring throughout the greater Chicago Metro area, including Schaumburg, Naperville, Joliet, Tinley Park, Homewood, Hammond. This is a part-time role with the ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn! This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results, and it requires the ability to show up, stay disciplined, and coach and train for accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • Meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates, focusing on accuracy.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
  • Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
  • Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
  • Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
