About The Position

This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results. If you know how to show up, stay disciplined, coach and train for accuracy and consistency, you already have what it takes to excel here. The company is urgently hiring throughout the Fayetteville Area, including Hope Mills, Raeford, Spring Lake, Dunn, Sanford, St. Pauls, and Eastover. This is a part-time position with the ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more availability you have, the more you can earn.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
  • Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity.
  • Foster engagement to grow and develop the team.
