About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in beauty, manufacturing, marketing, and selling a wide range of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products under prestigious brands. This role serves as a key contact for Retailer, SMC, and Retailer.com, focusing on brand campaign rollouts, managing department store communications for product information and program executions, and overseeing event management. Responsibilities include consolidating event schedules, booking event locations, monitoring reservation progress, and preparing event analysis reports. The position also involves conducting livestream programs on retailer online platforms, planning collaborative programs for the DS/SMC channel, and arranging advertising exposure through store mailers, direct mail ads, banners, campaigns, and outposts. Additionally, the role requires collecting retailer promotion direct mail and competitor direct mail, and checking deductions for department store expenses.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking
  • Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
