About The Position

This role focuses on managing relationships and executing brand strategies within the retail sector, specifically for M·A·C. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for retailers, managing brand campaigns, coordinating product information and program execution with department stores, and overseeing event management from scheduling and booking to analysis. The role also involves conducting live stream programs on retailer platforms, planning collaborative programs for specific channels, and arranging advertising exposure. Additionally, the Field Sales Partner will collect promotional materials from retailers and competitors, and manage expense deductions.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking
  • Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word

Responsibilities

  • Key contact of Retailer, SMC and Retailer.com
  • Brand campaigns roll out
  • Dept. store notice for product information and programs executions
  • Event management: consolidate event schedule, book retailer's event location, monitor reservation progress, and prepare event analysis report
  • Conduct livestream programs on Retailer online platform
  • DS/SMC channel collaborative program planning
  • Advertising exposure arrangement: Store mailer, DM Ads, banner, campaign, outpost
  • Collect retailer promotion DM and competitors DM
  • Check DS expenses deduction
