The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position is to coach, lead, manage, develop and train their teams to maximize the value of retail using the general manager mindset. They are responsible for ensuring the achievement of Nestle in the Market sales, trade, share and distribution objectives to drive HPT, Client Satisfaction, and develop future talent. Acts as the account point person responsible for key sales survey, distribution and display information at store level (where applicable). Cities for territory: Denver CO (primary), Salt Lake City UT, Irondale CO.
