The Territory Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
5-7 years related work experience
Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products
Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques
Basic Marketing Skills

Responsibilities

Arrange visits and travel to call on mid-size and large agencies within the assigned territory.
Act as decision maker within the territory regarding all levels of agency appointments, agency commitment levels, terminations, and other types of disciplinary actions.
Identify possible opportunities for new business by working with agency partners to review in-force business and work with Company underwriters to assist in the acquisition and retention of larger accounts.
Develop the marketing strategy for the assigned territory.
Mentor marketing reps within assigned territory.
