Others have earned multiple divisions under their leadership. The pay floor for someone meeting minimum standards is $250,000+, and the ceiling is uncapped, with multiple leaders earning well over $400,000 annually. This isn't a job. Requirements

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling (required — this is non-negotiable)
• 3+ years in sales
• 1+ year in a sales management role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The leadership instincts, coaching ability, and communication skills to build and drive a team

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach your sales reps through classes, workshops, and field development
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, and drive quota achievement
• Manage schedules, complete cancel-save appointments, and keep the operation running
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
