About The Position

This role is for a Field Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, retail, telesales, field sales, or fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset). Key attributes include a high-energy, driven, and target-oriented personality, strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with new people daily, comfort with rejection, and a motivation to keep pushing. The role also requires an eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career, along with a self-starter mindset and a "go-getter" attitude.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, retail, telesales, field sales, or fresh grads with strong sales mindset)

Responsibilities

  • Willingness to work extensively in the field (3-4 days/week)
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
