About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset, eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in sales. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in the field, building relationships, and driving sales within your assigned territory. If you are a self-starter, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, retail, telesales, field sales, or fresh grads with strong sales mindset)
  • High energy, driven, and target-oriented personality
  • Strong communication and confidence in speaking with new people daily
  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated to keep pushing
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career
  • Self-starter mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field (3–4 days/week)
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
  • Strong desire to earn commission and exceed targets

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients in the field 3-4 days per week.
