Field Sales Executive - Specialized LTL- IAH
About The Position
As a Field Sales Executive in the Maersk Ground Freight LTL team, you’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and delivering strategic logistics solutions to customers. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage Maersk’s global footprint and diverse product portfolio, including Logistics Services and Freight Forwarding, to drive results, while collaborating with local, national, and global teams. This is an exciting time to join Maersk as we continue to grow and expand our network through new hubs and facilities. Requirements
- 4+ years of proven sales success preferred, either in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong customer focus
- Highly organized
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience using Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

- A bachelor’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Grow our customer base
- Deliver strategic logistics solutions to customers
- Leverage Maersk’s global footprint and diverse product portfolio, including Logistics Services and Freight Forwarding, to drive results
- Collaborate with local, national, and global teams
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage multiple priorities independently
- Address complex supply chain challenges
- Conduct daily local travel to meet with customers in your territory
- Attend occasional annual meetings requiring overnight travel
