About The Position

This job leads multiple Individual Direct Sales teams to drive subscriber acquisition across residential and commercial markets. It develops comprehensive sales strategies and programs to maximize revenue through direct-to-consumer channels. The job orchestrates cross-functional initiatives while building strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive subscriber acquisition strategies and programs while directing multiple sales teams across assigned territories
  • Leading strategic initiatives to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within residential and commercial markets
  • Orchestrating the implementation of measurement systems and analytics tools for tracking business performance and team effectiveness
  • Managing cross-functional relationships between direct reports and system-level teams to optimize sales channel effectiveness
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with property developers and management companies to secure long-term revenue opportunities
  • Directing the growth of commercial video and data business portfolios through targeted account development strategies
  • Overseeing the maintenance and optimization of contract management systems and customer relationship databases
  • Implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand market penetration in residential and commercial telecommunications services
  • Building and maintaining high-value relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
