About The Position

Cavalier Distributing Florida, a premier distributor of craft beer, specialty imports, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, is looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic individual to own and grow a sales territory as our Field Sales Associate. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on relationship building, customer service excellence, driving growth, autonomy and discipline, and immersing yourself in the world of beverages. You will ensure our products shine in the market, from the back of the house to the front display. Your core responsibilities include executing delivery receipt and expert merchandising/restocking, restocking, building, and maintaining compelling displays to Cavalier's high standards, executing and closing sales directly with retail decision-makers, monitoring inventory levels and proactively upselling incremental product, and ensuring proper retail pricing, signage, and effective utilization of point-of-sale materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience.
• Ability to handle product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

• Previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus!

Responsibilities
