About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery partner program in Georgia by recruiting local businesses to join a hub-based delivery network. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to identify and visit prospective businesses, present the program, qualify interested partners, and guide them through the application and onboarding process. The position combines field-based sales, community outreach, and CRM-driven pipeline management, and includes regular travel within a two-hour driving radius and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proven outside or field sales experience.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and track activities in a CRM system.
  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip distance daily within the assigned territory.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to follow up promptly and move prospects through the process efficiently.
  • Professionalism and enthusiasm for working with business owners and community stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and technology, demonstrating strong technical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior field sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Experience importing and managing data using Excel and integrating it with CRM tools.
  • Ability to build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate events and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses, clearly explaining benefits and requirements to generate interest and encourage applications.
  • Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step-by-step through the application process.
  • Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity in Salesforce, maintaining an organized and accurate pipeline of potential and active partners.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and broaden program awareness.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure all partner and prospect data is up to date and properly tracked.
  • Drive referrals through community organizations and local networks to identify new potential business partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing partners, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the application and onboarding process.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm when working with others, representing the program positively in all business and community interactions.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including round trips of up to four hours daily, to meet with businesses and attend events.
  • Work closely with other local contractors to coordinate outreach efforts, share insights, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
