Requirements
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- 2+ years of construction safety experience
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
- Ability to maintain individual Worker's Compensation coverage
- Working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
- Working knowledge of Electrical Construction Safety
- Working knowledge of Mechanical Construction Safety
- Working knowledge of Data Center Construction Activities
- Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Working knowledge of Fall Protection & Elevated Work Activities
- Working knowledge of Material Handling Operations
- Working knowledge of Hazard Recognition & Risk Assessment
- Working knowledge of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Development
- Working knowledge of Incident Investigation Fundamentals
- Working knowledge of Contractor Safety Management
- Working knowledge of Construction Safety Best Practices

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety observations and field audits
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Support electrical and mechanical construction operations
- Assist with hazard recognition and risk mitigation efforts
- Participate in site inspections and safety walks
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Review work areas for compliance with project safety standards
- Partner with field supervision and craft personnel to promote safe work practices
- Maintain safety documentation and field reports
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
Benefits
- $55.50/hr (Local) | $49/hr (Non-Local) Pay Rate
- 1.4x Base Rate Overtime After 40 Hours
- $130/Day Worked Per Diem
- $150/month Completion Bonus
