The Construction Safety Manager is a critical position within our field operations. You'll be responsible for making sure every person on our job sites - employees and subcontractors alike - is trained, informed, and protected. That means staying ahead of federal and state regulations, running proactive training programs, and building a safety-first culture that our teams and clients can count on. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, reliable, and deeply committed to the wellbeing of everyone they work alongside.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of safety management experience in a construction environment.
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications in good standing.
- Must be bilingual - English and Spanish fluency is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example through consistent, high-quality safety leadership across all project sites.
- Oversee the daily rollout and enforcement of all active safety programs.
- Facilitate onsite training for crews and subcontractors; plan and run safety workshops on an ongoing basis.
