About The Position

The Field Roofing Technician inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains roofing systems on commercial buildings. The role includes inspecting roofs, identifying leaks, assessing damage, and completing repairs to help maintain the integrity of commercial roofing systems while following safety standards and company procedures. Work takes place outdoors at job sites, often on rooftops, and involves physically demanding activities such as climbing, bending, and lifting. Technicians may be exposed to sun, heat, and varying weather conditions. On-the-job training is provided, with a growth path to Service Technician or Foreman.

Requirements

Previous construction or roofing experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions.
Comfort working at heights and on ladders.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly.
Valid driver's license; reliable transportation is listed in the job summary, while the qualifications describe the license as preferred.
