About The Position

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join the team. The technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial roofing systems, including low-slope roofing. The work includes operating trade tools safely, following job-site safety requirements, working outdoors in varied weather, and meeting the position’s mobility and physical demands. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees is also required. The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, excluding prevailing wage, and is an estimate based on qualifications, operational needs, and other legally permitted considerations. Benefits are available subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Requirements

Commercial roofing experience at any level; at least one year is preferred.
Reliable form of transportation.
Acceptable background check per company standards.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Ability to handle at least 50 pounds.
Ability to climb and operate on ladders and meet the position’s mobility demands.

Responsibilities

Install BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
Safely operate tools of the trade, including hand and power tools.
Follow OSHA and other applicable regulatory agencies’ job-site safety requirements and demonstrate safe work practices.
Work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions and meet the role’s mobility and other physical demands.
Climb and operate on ladders and handle at least 50 pounds.
Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Maintain, repair, and install commercial roofing systems.
