Commercial Roofing Technician

About The Position

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to maintain, repair, and install commercial roofing systems. The role involves installing various types of low-slope roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply systems, and coatings. Technicians must safely operate trade tools, follow job-site safety regulations, work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions, and meet the role’s physical demands. The position requires effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees. The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, not including prevailing wage. The stated range is an estimate and may vary based on qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Requirements

At least one year of commercial roofing experience is preferred; applicants of all experience levels are considered.
Reliable form of transportation.
Acceptable background check per company standards.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Ability to climb and work on ladders.
Ability to handle at least 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the position.
