About The Position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking motivated individuals to join their field team as Field Repair Technicians. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with your hands, stay active, and learn valuable trades in residential repairs and installations throughout the Chicagoland area. While experience in construction or related fields is helpful, the company is willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. The position involves working on various exterior home improvement projects, including window and door repairs/installations, roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs, as well as general repair and service work, and troubleshooting customer concerns. The company has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for nearly 50 years and is part of Allstar Services, combining local stability with larger organizational resources.

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
• Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
