The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Long Island, NY territory, which also includes Queens, NY. This field-based role focuses on enhancing the patient experience by providing personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients begin and continue their treatments. The PECS organization supports patients throughout their treatment journey with Janssen therapies, aiming to overcome challenges related to medication fulfillment, onboarding, and adherence. The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is the primary field-based contact for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements for J&J Oncology therapies. This role requires a significant time investment (minimum 50%) on-site with HCPs to assess their educational needs and foster collaboration among various stakeholders. The goal is to ensure patients have the best chance at treatment success by addressing access and affordability issues.
