The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Long Island, NY territory, which also includes Queens, NY. This field-based role focuses on improving the patient experience by providing personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients start and stay on treatments. The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will serve as the primary field-based contact for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding for J&J Oncology therapies. A significant portion of the role (minimum 50%) involves on-site visits with HCPs to assess their educational needs and facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders to address patient access and affordability challenges.
