Field Reimbursement Manager Rare Blood Disorders Florida

SanofiTampa, FL
$122,250 - $176,583Remote

About The Position

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for Rare Blood Disorders is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Rare Blood Disorder Patient Access and Reimbursement team. This role is responsible for providing information and education to support providers and Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) in obtaining appropriate access to Sanofi products. The FRM will educate on patient affordability offerings and Sanofi's patient support programs, while supporting the company and divisional reimbursement strategy. This position requires the ability to navigate working across multiple internal and external stakeholders, and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Rare Blood Disorders reimbursement environment for specialty biologics is challenging for Health Care Providers (HCPs), Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) and Patients due to payer medical and pharmacy Utilization Management (UM) criteria, which can create process delays for benefits investigations, prior authorizations, denial appeals, and peer-to-peer reviews. The FRM team provides dedicated and knowledgeable customer-facing support to educate HCPs on gaining access to prescribed treatments.
