About The Position

Always Compassionate Health is hiring Registered Nurses to conduct start-of-care field visits and follow-up visits in the White Plains area. The RN assesses patients’ needs and develops their plans of care, completing follow-up visits when required. The role may also include supervising a Home Health Aide. The stated pay range is $60–$200 per visit.

Requirements

• Two years of bedside RN experience.
• New York State Registered Nursing license and registration.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Physical examination within a year.
• QuantiFERON test within a year.
• MMR titers within five years.
• NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Homecare experience preferred.
• AlayaCare experience preferred.
• Start-of-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct start-of-care field visits.
• Conduct follow-up visits when required for an RN.
• Assess patients’ needs.
• Develop patients’ plans of care.
• May supervise a Home Health Aide.
