About The Position
Always Compassionate Health is hiring Registered Nurses to provide start-of-care field visits and follow-up visits in the Newburgh area. The RN assesses patients' needs, develops their Plan of Care, and completes follow-up visits when required. The nurse may also supervise a Home Health Aide. Requirements
- Two years of bedside RN experience.
- New York State Registered Nursing License and Registration.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Physical examination and QuantiFERON test within the past year.
- MMR titers within the past five years.
- NPI number.
- Malpractice insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Homecare experience preferred.
- AlayaCare experience preferred.
- Start-of-Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct start-of-care field visits.
- Assess patients' needs and develop their Plan of Care.
- Complete follow-up visits when required for an RN.
- May supervise a Home Health Aide.
