About The Position
Always Compassionate Health is hiring Registered Nurses to conduct start-of-care field visits and follow-up visits in the Newburgh area. The RN assesses patients’ needs, develops the Plan of Care, and completes follow-up visits when required. The RN may also supervise a Home Health Aide.
Requirements
- Two years of bedside RN experience.
- New York State Registered Nursing License and Registration.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Physical examination and QuantiFERON test within the past year.
- MMR titers within the past five years.
- NPI number.
- Malpractice insurance.
