We are seeking a driven, high-energy Field Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities while helping local manufacturing businesses build strong teams. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, or production environments.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, source, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in a competitive market.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
Manage the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
