About The Position

The Field Recruiter role is responsible for changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. This involves brainstorming new recruitment strategies, using creative thinking to attract candidates, applying marketing skills to postings and social media, interviewing candidates, building a pipeline of potential hires, and conducting necessary pre-employment checks like drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting and staffing experience required, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience recruiting for logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or skilled labor positions is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable utilizing ATS, recruiting platforms, and other technology tools to drive hiring decisions.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Nice To Haves

• Previous HR, staffing, workforce management, or customer-facing recruiting experience preferred.

• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s to get candidates to work
