About The Position

This role is for a Field Recruiter based in Hayward, CA, working in an IN-OFFICE capacity Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with offsite recruitment responsibilities. The core mission is to change lives by finding great people for employment opportunities. The role involves creative thinking to attract candidates, applying marketing skills to postings and social media, using interview techniques to identify the right candidates, building candidate pipelines, and impacting order fulfillment. Responsibilities also include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting and staffing experience required, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable utilizing ATS, recruiting platforms, and other technology tools.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or skilled labor positions is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Previous HR, staffing, workforce management, or customer-facing recruiting experience preferred.
  • Candidates residing in or near Hayward, Union City, or Fremont are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with the team to brainstorm new recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates.
  • Apply marketing skills to job postings, social media, and community outreach.
  • Use people skills and interview techniques to find suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Actively seek ways to impact order fulfillment through recruitment.
  • Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires.
  • Support recruiting initiatives both in-office and in the field.
  • Travel throughout the Bay Area to attend job fairs, hiring events, community outreach activities, and client locations.
