About The Position
This role is responsible for changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The Field Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interview and identify the right people for opportunities, and build a pipeline of potential employees. The role also involves conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires.
Requirements
- 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
- Strong computer knowledge to navigate platforms
- Passion for talking with people of all levels
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to manage time and stay organized
Responsibilities
- Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
- Use creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires
