This role focuses on recruiting General Managers, Fitness Managers, and other key lead roles across a territory of clubs--partnering directly with field leadership to build high-performing teams that drive results. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who thrives in multi-unit environments, builds strong relationships, and knows how to influence hiring decisions--not just fill roles. As a Field Recruiter, you don't just fill roles--you help build the teams that run our business. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple clubs while partnering closely with District Managers and General Managers to drive hiring outcomes that impact performance. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where priorities shift quickly and strong relationships matter. You'll act as a true staffing partner--coaching leaders on hiring strategy, selection, and how to build strong front-line teams that deliver results. Requirements

  • 1--3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience supporting multi-location, field-based, or high-volume strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for leadership roles (GM, DM, or equivalent)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable pushing back, coaching, and holding leaders accountable to hiring standards
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple locations
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and guide hiring decisions with confidence
  • Build strong relationships with District Managers and General Managers
  • Act as a staffing consultant--helping leaders think beyond "filling roles" to building strong teams
  • Coach leaders on interview quality, candidate selection, and hiring decisions
  • Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Prioritize effectively based on business needs and urgency
  • Keep hiring processes moving with clear, consistent communication
  • Manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintain accurate, timely data to ensure visibility into hiring progress and performance
  • Use data and reporting to identify gaps, track trends, and improve recruiting outcomes
  • Leverage recruiting tools and technology to stay organized, efficient, and proactive
  • Identify gaps in hiring processes, candidate experience, or leader capability
  • Partner with TA team to improve tools, workflows, and recruiting strategies
  • Help elevate hiring standards across your region

Benefits
