About The Position

The Field Recruiter works to attract, interview, and place candidates in available roles while supporting order fulfillment. The position uses creative recruiting and marketing approaches across job postings, social media, and the local community, and conducts pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and I-9 documentation. The role is based in Duluth, Georgia.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate the platforms used.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and handle stressful situations.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop new ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
• Promote job opportunities through postings, social media, and the community.
• Interview candidates and identify suitable matches for available opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and proactively support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 documentation for candidates.
