About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to join their team in Groveport, OH. This role is focused on changing lives by connecting great people with great jobs. As a Recruiter, you will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interview and assess them, and build a pipeline of talent to impact order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VMS systems a plus!
- Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

- Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
- Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
- Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
- Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
- Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
- Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work
