About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter fluent in both Spanish and English for their Chambersburg, PA location. The company values honesty, integrity, maturity, passion, and family first. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for finding great people great jobs by using creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, building a pipeline of potential employees, and conducting necessary pre-employment checks such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
