About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter for a temporary assignment. This role is crucial in finding great people great jobs by utilizing creative thinking, marketing skills, and strong interviewing techniques. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, assessing their fit for opportunities, and managing the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The company values honesty, integrity, maturity, passion, and family first.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis.
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
