About The Position

The Field Readiness and Customer Experience Activation Lead ensures each activation is operationally, behaviorally, and customer-experience ready for execution. The role owns the human and readiness aspects of activation by translating strategy into clear playbooks, training, and field execution standards that support consistent, high-quality delivery at launch and beyond. It bridges enterprise design and field adoption so colleagues are equipped, aligned, and prepared to deliver the intended experience from day one. The Lead owns the execution and governance of the Branch Experience Playbook across DeNovos and relocations; aligns customer and colleague experience standards; develops change plans, training, and field communications; and manages launch readiness checkpoints and risks. The role also enables adoption of sales operating model changes, monitors post-launch execution, gathers field feedback, and improves playbooks and readiness standards over time. The position is based in one of the listed locations and follows a schedule of four days in the office and one day remote, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week. The stated salary range is $123,000–$159,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
