The Field Quality Engineer plays a critical role in driving product quality and consumer satisfaction for the Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances (WB&SDA) business in North America. As part of the Global Quality & Compliance organization, this role serves as the Voice of the Consumer (VoC) lead—translating field performance data into actionable insights that improve product reliability and customer experience. Working cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Supplier Quality, R&D, Product Care, and Brand Licensing teams, the Field Quality Engineer drives issue resolution, supports root cause analysis, and ensures continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative and data‑driven, with a strong focus on field performance, problem‑solving, and proactive quality improvements.
