About The Position
Vault Roofing is expanding and hiring a Field Superintendent to lead operations in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals with extensive residential roofing installation experience. The role involves managing crews, ensuring high-quality installations, and maintaining project schedules. The ideal candidate has experience leading high-volume residential roofing projects and can hold teams accountable in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
- Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
- Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
- Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
- Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
- Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
- Own field execution from start to completion
