About The Position

Vault Roofing is hiring a hands-on field leader to oversee residential roofing installation work across assigned markets. The role manages crews and subcontractors, oversees multiple jobs, and owns field execution from start to completion. The Field Project Manager is responsible for maintaining quality, safety, schedules, and customer expectations while coaching teams and resolving jobsite issues. The role offers autonomy and operational ownership in a fast-growing company, with opportunities to advance.

Requirements

• Residential roofing installation experience.
• Experience leading high-volume residential roofing installations and holding teams accountable.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record review and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews and subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues involving materials, workmanship, and scope changes.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Sales to meet timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
