As a Field Product Specialist, you’ll be part of our product development team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Conduct in-depth customer research through site visits, interviews, and surveys to identify user needs and pain points. Organize and execute prototype and beta testing programs, collecting, and analyzing feedback to inform product development. Serve as the primary field contact for customers during product trials, ensuring a positive experience and timely issue resolution. Collaborate closely with product managers to relay field insights, support requirements gathering, and prioritize feature development. Monitor market trends and competitor products to provide actionable recommendations. Assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies. Support cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) with technical product knowledge and field data. Track and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in a product specialist, field application, customer success, construction project management, pre-fabrication, or related role within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer research, prototype/beta testing, supporting product development, customer success, application deployment, and adoption etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize field data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and fieldwork.
