Requirements
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, or field operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of field equipment and network infrastructure
- Support construction, service delivery, and connectivity projects in the field
- Read and interpret maps, prints, and technical documentation
- Assist with underground and aerial operations, including splicing and connectivity work
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Respond to service issues and provide excellent customer support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow updates
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly
