About The Position

As a Field Operator, you will serve as Traba's in-market operational support, focused on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • Strong recruiting instincts and ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • Comfort running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including email and in-person communication.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers, partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shift priorities and locations as market needs evolve.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with workers across the market, managing their experience from recruiting through placement and providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to support the worker pipeline and Traba's brand presence in the market.
  • Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding from end to end, including conducting large group onboarding sessions when needed.
  • Manage the full worker funnel, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across customer sites, matching workers to appropriate opportunities and timing.
  • Distribute and manage PPE, and provide on-site support at customer facilities for new starts, escalations, or peak coverage as needed.
  • Maintain proactive feedback loops with Traba headquarters and flag market trends, funnel issues, and coverage risks early.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly base pay.
  • Performance-based incentives tied to worker onboarding and successful placements.
