About The Position
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for the routine operations of the site, including maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and materials, and maintaining proper inventories. This role ensures compliance with Quality Assurance and safety guidelines, handles and coordinates the resolution of complex issues, and is accountable for hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee routine operations of the site.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and materials.
- Maintain proper inventories.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and safety guidelines.
- Handle and coordinate the resolution of complex issues.
- Manage hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
