About The Position

Trinity Total Home is hiring a Field Operations Specialist to help keep roofing and solar projects moving forward throughout New Jersey. This newly created, high-visibility position involves working independently in the field to resolve project delays, secure final signatures and payments, coordinate permits, and help complete project documentation. The role offers performance-based earning opportunities and potential career growth in roofing operations, project coordination, and project management.

The position pays $24 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses. Eligible completed field runs can generate earnings equal to 2% of their value, subject to a threshold: those earnings must first cover the employee's hourly rate before additional monthly bonus payments begin. The role is full-time and includes W-2 benefits, paid time off and holidays, paid training and professional development, a company laptop and tools, and travel expense reimbursement under company policy.

Requirements

• Be self-motivated, dependable, and driven to get results.
• Be comfortable working independently and traveling throughout New Jersey.
• Have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Be available to work approximately 8 AM–5 PM, with flexibility during peak business periods.
• Be comfortable with a performance-based incentive structure.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in roofing, solar, construction, home improvement, or field operations.
• Experience in project coordination, permitting, customer follow-up, or collections.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, or similar business systems.
• Familiarity with New Jersey municipalities and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners to follow up on outstanding balances and help secure final payments.
• Obtain missing signatures, photos, and documentation needed to move projects toward installation.
• Work with local municipalities to submit permits and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Gather missing documentation and photos to help finalize completed solar projects.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Represent Trinity Total Home professionally during homeowner interactions.
• Document field visits, updates, and completed tasks in Salesforce and company systems.
