Requirements

  • 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience.
  • Experience managing union labor.
  • Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise union labor.
  • Develop and monitor labor budgets.
  • Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules.
  • Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details.
  • Represent operations in client and internal meetings.
  • Process work orders and payroll accurately.
