About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and execute Office and Industrial moving projects. This includes FF&E installation and light handyman work. This role is fully onsite and field-based, requiring the manager to lead crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: commercial moving, office furniture installation (FF&E), field operations, logistics, or similar.
Proven experience leading or supervising crews.
Valid Hawaii Driver's License (Minimum of 3 years).
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, on-site environments.
Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (to include marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC).

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily field operations (office and industrial moves) at Royal Hawaiian Movers.
Lead and supervise crews performing office and industrial relocations and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation.
Manage projects from disassembly to transport, installation, and completion.
Perform and oversee light handyman work, assembly, mounting, and adjustments.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Maintain high standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Minimize damages and ensure strong crew performance.
Communicate with dispatch/office regarding schedules, scope changes, and job progress.
Step in and work alongside crew members when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
