About The Position

Sparkle Squad is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Lead to manage day-to-day field operations for its growing Charleston team. The role is based from the company's office on Johns Island. The Lead works as a senior technician on the tools about 70% of the week, performing cleaning and installation work, and spends the remaining time coordinating scheduling and dispatch, quality control, training, and crew and equipment readiness. The position helps owners focus on sales and growth and offers a path to Operations Manager as the company adds crews.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, or a related trade.
At least 1 year leading a crew as a crew lead, foreman, or supervisor.
Comfort working on ladders and roofs and outdoors in all weather.
Comfort using a phone or tablet and scheduling apps.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record; the role involves driving company vans and towing trailers.
Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installations.
Run larger commercial jobs on site, including multi-day projects.
Schedule commercial work and adjust the call center's residential schedule when needed to reduce drive time.
Conduct quality walk-throughs and spot checks, and address the causes of callbacks.
Train and coach new technicians through the onboarding program and career ladder.
Keep vans, equipment, chemicals, and materials ready each morning.
Lead safety on every job and stop work when conditions are not right.
Represent the company professionally with homeowners and property managers.
